Taking a small break to update.......
1. 24 hours off the vent.
2. Emery is 100 days old.
3. He weighs 6-1/2 pounds.
4. They are no longer weighing him every night, only once a week.
5. We now know that Emery can do the work of breathing. He still may tire out. 6. I have pumped 3200 ounces of breast milk.

Some people have asked for prayer specificity: Pray that his lungs heal... Pray that his CO2 levels stay down... Pray that his oxygen requirements stay down... Pray that his chest stays expanded... Pray that he continues to recover and grow.... MOST IMPORTANTLY: Give thanks!
